Our Fabric Mill
Our bedding fabrics are crafted with precision and care in collaboration with top-tier factories in Guimarães, Portugal, and Shandong, China. Our Portuguese partner, with 9 years of expertise, is renowned for its focus on textile innovation, sustainable development, and advanced research. Certified with OEKO-TEX, EUROPEAN FLAX®, GOTS, SEDEX, and BCI, this factory ensures exceptional quality while adhering to the highest environmental and ethical standards.

In China’s Shandong province, we work with a distinguished facility with decades of experience in fine textile manufacturing. Known for its skilled craftsmanship and advanced technology, this factory is a leader in producing premium-grade fabrics that meet stringent global certifications. Together, these partnerships enable us to deliver sustainable, high-quality bedding that combines European refinement with meticulous Chinese artistry.

Our production process is supported by trusted manufacturing partners in Portugal and China, each bringing decades of expertise, ethical practices, and sustainability to our products.
In Portugal, we collaborate with Paula Borges, a family-run company established in 1983 near Porto. With nearly 40 years of experience and a team of around 100 employees, they are fully audited with SMETA, ensuring responsible and ethical working conditions. Known for their exceptional craftsmanship, they handle everything from pattern development to final sample production. Paula Borges has worked with some of the world’s leading designers and brands, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
In China, we partner with manufacturers in Shandong, and Jiangsu. Our workshops in Shandong and Jiangsu feature skilled in-house artisans who specialize in customization services and product repair, ensuring every piece meets our exacting standards. In Jiangsu, our special projects supplier has been operating since 1997, focusing on sustainable and eco-friendly production. With certifications including Fair Trade, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, SA 8000, GRS, and BCI, and a dedicated environmental protection committee, this facility prioritizes responsibly-sourced materials and environmentally friendly dyeing techniques.
