Shipping
We offer free shipping throughout the US for orders over $100, $20 USD flat rate shipping to Canada and worldwide shipping for $40 USD to the rest of the world.
Once your order is packed & shipped, you will receive tracking information from us. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order please get in touch with us via Live Chat or email us at hello@purbelif.com so we can see what the issue is.
We do! All orders over $250, are shipped free of charge.
If you have not received any tracking information, please check your spam folder for any emails from hello@purbelif.com. If you have not received any emails about your parcel, feel free to get in touch via our Live Chat or email us at hello@purbelif.com.

Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your PurBelif purchase. But in the rare event an item’s not quite as you expected, PurBelif offers returns on most items within 45 days of receipt (the only exclusion is final sale items), so long as the item is not worn, washed or opened.
Exchanges or return for store credit are free of charge within 45 days of receipt. If you’d prefer a refund, a single $10 processing fee applies to all change of mind refunds within 45 days, deducted from your refund amount.
Orders
You should receive your order confirmation as soon as your order has been processed online. If you do not receive a confirmation within an hour please follow the below steps:
Check your account to ensure the order was processed
Check your spam folder for an email from hello@purbelif.com
If you still have no luck email us at hello@purbelif.com or jump on live chat and we will ensure your confirmation is resent ASAP
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal.
Your order is packaged in an FSC certified cardboard box and sealed with water soluble paper tape which ensures the box is completely recyclable after you remove the shipping label. It is packaged within the box with 100% recycled paper.
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this stage.
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order once it's been placed. If your items qualify, we are more than happy for you to send back your items for an exchange, refund or credit notes. once your order has been received.
